Various Communication Channels are not generally intended for use by minors without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. A minor aged at least 16 can request an offer to organize a trip and provide the necessary personal data for this purpose. Munay Experience will make every effort to verify the age of a minor based on the information provided and the available technology. In no case will a minor be able to finalize, approve, and pay for a trip without the consent of a person with parental authority. Munay Experience will make reasonable efforts, using available technological means, to verify whether consent has been given or authorized by a person with parental authority.

d) Sensitive Data

Munay Experience may collect special category data, such as health data (disability, allergies, or special conditions), and indirectly gather information about the religion, beliefs, or personal convictions of interested individuals, although this collection is never direct and only occurs through inference (in the case of dietary requirements, for example).
